In another case the claimant required frequent transportations to and from the doctors.  We saved additional claims dollars through the use of  our transportation program by utilizing our approved providers saving our customer additional dollars per visit.

All of our negotiations of the claim costs enabled us to reduce the hospital bill prepayment and achieved a maximum savings for our customer without sacrificing any quality of care to the claimant.  We reviewed all of the bills using our in house medical bill review process and were able to reduce the bill by an additional 40%. The goals are:

• That the family is also involved and all the providers work toward the same goal. In addition frequent & timely communication is enhanced to the bill payer.
